1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 4uKey website or software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

4uKey is desktop software that provides tools to assist with iOS and Android device password recovery, including screen passcode removal, iCloud Activation Lock bypass assistance, MDM profile removal, Screen Time passcode recovery, iTunes backup encryption reset, and SIM lock diagnostics.

3. Authorized Use

You may only use 4uKey on devices that you legally own or are expressly authorized to service. Authorized use includes:

  • Devices you personally own
  • Devices you are licensed to repair or service professionally
  • Devices you have explicit written permission from the owner to unlock

Unauthorized use — including using 4uKey on stolen, lost, or otherwise unlawfully possessed devices — is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

4. License

Upon purchase, 4uKey grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of computers specified by your plan. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund for quality issues — where the software fails to perform its documented functions on a supported device you own. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Incompatible devices not listed in our supported device list
  • Devices with iCloud Activation Lock that cannot be bypassed due to Apple server-side restrictions
  • Situations where the passcode removal resulted in data loss (this is disclosed prior to purchase)

To request a refund, contact support with your order ID within 30 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

4uKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will work on every device or iOS/Android version, or that it will be error-free. Device unlock results depend on factors outside our control, including Apple server-side policies and device hardware state.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4uKey and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

4uKey is an independent software product. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, macOS, iCloud, iTunes, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. 4uKey is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
